Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Strong&Aligned PT we are committed to providing high-quality personal training services. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy ensures that our trainers can efficiently manage their schedules and accommodate other clients.

Refund Policy

  • Single Sessions & Packages: All purchases for personal training sessions, including single sessions and packages, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Medical Exceptions: If a client experiences a medical emergency that prevents them from continuing training, a prorated refund may be considered upon submission of a valid medical note.

  • Trainer Cancellation: If a trainer must cancel a session and a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged, the client will receive a full refund for the session.

  • Unused Sessions: Clients who purchase multi-session packages must use their sessions within the agreed-upon time frame (e.g., 3 months from the date of purchase). Unused sessions will not be refunded but may be transferred at the discretion of the trainer.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late for a session will only receive the remaining time of their scheduled appointment. The trainer is not obligated to extend the session beyond the originally booked time.

By purchasing our personal training services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a professional and efficient training environment.
